   A Statement From Happy Tom:

Large parts of the Norwegian media is really pissed off at us because they always talked shit about us and now they see that nobody has listened to them. They have always promoted bands that REMIND them of international successes: "these guys could be the next U2, the singer even looks like Bono!" and they are totally mind-boggled by the fact that we have fans at all. So now they're talking about how "Turbo is a result of a dark marketing strategy, they arn't even a real band!", (often quoting the fact that I am a market analyst).

In reply to this, we told them that Rune had been fired as part of our secret marketing strategy ("Agenda X"), because we had a consumer focus group with 18-24 year olds and they told us to fire Rune because he's becoming too old.

They believed us, also due to the fact that Rune was not present that day for the interviews and photo sessions. In fact, Rune was just on vacation on Cuba and has been laughing his ass off ever since he got back.

Happy Tom
