Everybody's favorite ball bouncing metal god, Bruce Dickinson, is still working the scene with his Saturday night radio show on BBC.
This hot British delight known as the 'Rock Show' has Bruce spinning all the heavy hits from A to Z. For Americans the closest thing we
have to this is probably Alice Cooper's weekly radio show (based here in good old Arizona!).
Mr. Dickinson will have a couple of the negroes (Hanky and Happiest of Toms) in studio this Saturday, June 7th, 2005.

In a time not so long ago one of the very first spellings used by the band was: TRBNGR. However there's a
couple places where the spelling used on the 'SF' release is: TBRNGR.

Oliveri will get to work on a new Mondo Generator full-length by the end of April, and a month later,
the band will open a European tour for Scandinavian rock outfit Turbonegro. As if his plate wasn't full
enough, he recently sang the track "The Final Warning," which is pegged for Turbonegro's next release,
and is in discussions with Amen leader Casey Chaos about collaborating on a new project, to be named
Suicide Pact.

Turbonegro are currently in a undisclosed Oslo studio laying down
tracks for their next album, the follow-up of 2003's vastly successful
Scandinavian Leather. The working title of the album is Babylon
Forever. Supervising the process is rock'n'roll mastermind Steve
McDonald (Redd Kross, Beck). This is the first time the boys have
worked with a producer (or "turd polisher" as they themselves choose to
call it) and reliable sources within the group apparatus claim the
result to be nothing less than astounding! "We've got 11 hits, all of
them beautifully negative switchblade serenades", according to Euroboy,
while Happy-Tom compares the new material to "Joan Jett, early Van
Halen and Shostakovich, Stalin's in-house composer". Song titles
include City Of Satan, Wasted Again and Blow Me (Like The Wind).
Release date is set late March 2005.

1) Turbonegro News
Turbonegro will invade the United States of America
for three shows: 18 December, San Francisco, Trasher Awards 19
December, Los Angeles, House of Blues 20 December, Los Angeles, House
of Blues.
The band is right now preparing their new album, the follow up to
'Scandinavian Leather'. The album will be recorded during the fall of
2004, and is scheduled for release spring 2005.
2) New items of the month:
There are two shirts and a few SFTRI 7"s and a 10":
a) 'Rock Against Ass' Shirt in black
b) 'Turbonegro w/ Cap' Shirt in brown (new design)

Comments: This SG was Rune Rebellion's (Turbonegro) main axe during the Apocalypse Dudes period.
It was also used during the recording of the Dudes CD and subsequent tour. That alone makes this a huge piece of Norwegian Deathpunk history.
The guitar is well used and has had it's neck fractured, but the neck has been neatly repaired.
Prior to that everything was taken good care of. The fractured place is stronger than the tree.
Original guitar case. Only one loop/clasp that works. Sounds incredible!

It's official!!!!
The first ever East Coast Turbojugend meeting is going
to be held HERE in Boston on November 12th to the 14th!
People from all along the east coast will be flocking
here for mass amounts of alcohol consumption and fireworks.
As of now the only confirmed event is a midnight
screening of Turbonegro: The Movie at the Coolidge
Corner theater in Brookline on the 12th, but much more is in the works!
This is being planned 3 MONTHS ahead so no excuses for
not being able to make it to these events!!! So get
time off of work NOW if you need to!!!!!
