Jesse James reviews hand picked track list for "Motorcycle Mania 3"
CEO and chief designer for West Coast Choppers, custom bike builder to the stars, and host of
Discovery Channel's Monster Garage Jesse James took time out of his whirlwind schedule to hand-pick
the soundtrack for his life at the time, and newest documentary film Motorcycle Mania 3.
The collection is an exhilarating accompaniment to the film that is being shown on Discovery
Channel now and will be available on DVD in late summer.
As with its predecessors Motorcycle Mania 1 and 2, the third film showcases the immense
talents of Jesse James the designer and builder, but goes even further, diving into the
tumultuous life of this enigmatic character. In Mania 3, we ride alongside Jesse as he works
on dealing with his new found fame. To save his sanity and his soul, Jesse turns to his one
solace: building the ultimate chopper, forged from a sheet of pure shining copper.

On July 7th we told you about the re-release of the long, out of print,
'(He's A) Grunge Whore' EP distributed by SFTRI.
Unfortunately, because this west coast, anti-big-corporate-record label, has
apparently decided to go the venture alone by not making the proper 'phone calls' to validate
such a project, they ultimately are not respecting Turbonegro's well
deserved and well overdue success. This has lead many to view the record as a mere bootleg.
Whatever the case, the record was released on July 13, 2004...buy or boycott...it's your call.

We'd like to thank all of you for coming from nearly all continents to
this event. Close to 100 different chapters showed up! We had a hell of
a lot of work to do for those days but we've been more than rewarded by
having a great time with all the guests denim recruits from all over.
By popular demand (true in this case!) we will organize something like
this again next year - maybe in a more maritime environment. Watch out!

Congratulations goes out to Hank for this past Saturday, June 12th, 2004 the teenage lady killer tied the knot with the beautiful Heidi Riise. Oslo's Nordstrand church was chosen for the ceremony with Thomas Seltzer
as Hank's best man. Some of the 75 guests in attendance were black death king-pins Satyricon and the omnipresent Bam Margera.

In a recent interview with VG nett Knut recalls an episode with Harald Fossberg (front man on the Hot Cars... release.) in which
Knut ends up getting knocked out. To anyone who's ever meet Mr. Fossberg this comes as no surprise. The stories of people catching Harry's boot at the front of the stage were common,
but so too are the ones telling of what a great guy he is. One needn't look any further than the fact that it was he that introduced Hank to the band and ultimately take his place as lead singer in Turbonegro.

The Rubber City Rebels invaded Oslo last Tuesday with their brand of 'face melting' rock. It appears some of the boys couldn't resist
the lure of the RCR live show and Tom, Hank, Euroboy, and Chris showed up to rock-out. 'So impressed were they that they decided to host a second surprise gig at their favorite
club called The Last Train (see link below)'.
The Rebels are also going in the studio with 'crack' producer Euroboy to do something. Its not known what exactly but we'll keep you up to date.

I propose that in celebration of this we organize a
Turbojugend Boston BBQ! YEAH!
The only problem is: where will it be held? I (don't)
have any sort of outdoor porch or patio at my
apartment otherwise I would gladly hold this
gathering at my residence in a heartbeat.
So I am asking YOU to help me out and suggest places
where we can do this.
This event would not be Jugend exclusive, but
obviously we'd be selective about who we invited.
It's just going to be a nice chill afternoon of
burgers, beer....and maybe a frisbee or something.
Either way, it has the potential to be a fucking

:: TURBONEGRO PLAYS RUISROCK FESTIVAL!
Turbonegro and Hawkwind have been confirmed to appear at this year's Ruisrock festival, a two-day event set to take place
July 10-11 in Turku, Finland. The festival's promoter told Sonera Plaza, "As you know, Motörhead will also
play during Ruisrock. Since Lemmy used to be part of Hawkwind, there's talk of him possibly joining Hawkwind
on stage at this year's festival, if the travel schedules will permit." Other bands confirmed to appear at the festival
include Backyard Babies, Hanoi Rocks, The 69 Eyes, Monster Magnet, Negative, Diablo and Suburban Tribe.
